Need a Pool Filter Repair or a Deep Cleaning?

Your filter is what keeps your pool from turning cloudy, green, or murky. It traps the dirt, oil, pollen, and fine debris that your skimmer and vacuum miss. But just like any piece of equipment, filters need regular cleaning and occasional repairs to work right.

Here’s what happens when filters get ignored:

  • Water circulation drops and pressure builds up

  • Your pump has to work harder (and can burn out)

  • You’ll use more chemicals to keep the pool clean

  • Worst case? Algae blooms and a full green-to-clean job

Don’t wait for the water to go bad. A clean, well-working filter keeps your entire system running smooth — and saves you money on energy and chemical use.

A Clean Filter = A Clean Pool

Professional Filter Cleaning

Pool filters trap all the gunk you don’t want in your water. But when they get clogged, they stop working — and your pool starts to suffer. That’s where we come in.

Our filter cleaning service includes:

  • Opening the filter and rinsing all internal components

  • Soaking cartridges or DE grids if needed

  • Checking for tears, cracks, or worn-out parts

  • Resealing and testing the system for leaks and pressure

We recommend a full filter cleaning at least twice a year — typically in spring and fall. If you’re on one of our monthly plans, we can include it for just $10/month.

If your filter is leaking, making weird noises, or just not doing its job, we’ll fix it — no upsells, no pressure.

What we typically fix:

  • Cracked lids or tanks

  • Worn-out O-rings or gaskets

  • Faulty pressure gauges or valves

  • Torn DE grids or cartridges

  • Issues with backwashing or priming

We carry parts for all major brands, including Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Sta-Rite, and most repairs are done on the first visit.

Filter Repairs Without the Guesswork

Media Replacement or Filter Swap

Sometimes, your filter just needs a refresh. If your pool stays cloudy even with regular cleaning, the media inside could be shot.

Here’s what we handle:

  • Sand change-outs (recommended every 3–5 years)

  • DE grid replacement (especially if torn or clogged)

  • Cartridge swap-outs (usually yearly)

  • Full filter system replacements if your unit is beyond repair

We’ll walk you through your options and only recommend a full replacement if it truly makes more sense long-term.
