Standard Chemical Pricing

All prices reflect our current supplier costs for premium-grade chemicals and are subject to change. We charge only for the chemicals used during service.

Each application is carefully tracked, and clients are updated with exact usage after every visit.

Full Service Plans and Additional Charges

For clients enrolled in our full-service plans, routine chemical balancing is generally included. However, additional charges may apply under certain conditions:

• If the pool’s chemical levels or clarity deteriorate due to owner neglect or interference (e.g., turning off equipment, skipping scheduled cleanings, or adding unapproved chemicals), additional chemical costs may apply.

• A one-time cleaning fee of $120 may be charged if the pool requires significant recovery due to water quality issues.

April Start-Up and Seasonal Conditioning

Each spring, particularly in April, we rebalance key chemicals that are diluted during the rainy season to ensure your pool is ready for use:

• April Conditioning Fee: $65
  This includes rebalancing cyanuric acid (CYA), calcium hardness, and algaecides.

• Optional PoolRx Add-On: $95
  A more robust seasonal treatment for maintaining long-term chemical stability.

Chlorine Tablet Program

Chem Kings offers a pre-season chlorine tab program with commercial pricing:

• Tabs can be purchased in advance for the season.

• Includes a reusable tab pail for this and future seasons.

Important: Chlorine tabs are a helpful supplement but do not replace regular sanitation treatments like liquid chlorine or shock.
